Chartered Accountant Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished Chartered Accountant with 2-3 years of experience to fill a key role in our team.

  • Prepare daily, monthly MIS, and financial statements as required by management for effective decision-making.
  • Support the annual audit of India and foreign companies ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure tax compliance for India and foreign companies adhering to laws and regulations.
  • Maintain transfer pricing compliance for India and foreign companies to optimize financial performance.
  • Complete all necessary compliances in respective jurisdictions according to established procedures.
  • Handle statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, etc. to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Perform month-end close transactions and reconcile FI and CO reports to maintain financial integrity.
  • Prepare annual budgets and capital budgeting plans to drive business growth.
  • Foster excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and consultants.
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory reporting, accounting operations, and tax accounting best practices.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI regulations, and other applicable laws.
  • Excellent communication, drafting, and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity to maintain trust and credibility.
Technical Skills
  • SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency to leverage technology for efficient operations.
  • Excellent English conversation and written skills to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Presentation, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to build strong relationships.
