Job Title: Policy Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Policy Manager to join our team.

  • Propose amendments to policy for better implementation and functioning.
  • Conduct regular reviews of system rules coding to ensure alignment with design specifications.
  • Monitor scorecards and analytical tool outputs from a policy perspective, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Engage in site visits, interacting with local teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance policy understanding.
  • Suggest process improvements based on feedback from line teams and market benchmarking.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, including RBI circulars.
  • Review program-level triggers and ensure adherence to policy standards.
  • Scrutinize portfolio performance using various metrics and propose policy amendments as necessary.
  • Provide training and support to sales, credit, and operations teams.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effectively manage large teams and external business relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing auto loan policies, managing the entire auto loan product life cycle.
  • Hands-on experience in the used car, new car, or TW industries.
  • Ability to develop, review, and amend auto loan products and policies.
