Job Title: IT Audit Manager

We are seeking a seasoned IT audit professional to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT audit assignments, developing a risk-based audit framework, and managing external audit partners.

  • Deliver multiple IT audit assignments, including application and infrastructure audits, application security assessments, vendor audits, concurrent audits, thematic assignments, and regulatory submissions.
  • Develop a robust risk-based audit framework aligning with RBI regulations and adopting ISO 27001 standards.
  • Manage and collaborate with external audit partners to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Establish and maintain a Quality Assurance and Improvement program and facilitate internal and external quality assessments.
  • Engage in advisory roles to support IT projects on internal controls and IT risk management.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder with 5-12 years' experience in IT audits, preferably in the BFSI segment.
  • CISA certification is mandatory; other certifications like CISM/CRISC/CISSP are preferred.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid knowledge of key RBI circulars.
  • Strong project and relationship management skills, with experience in team handling.
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills, and efficient data handling skills.
  • High energy, passion, and self-starter attitude with good presentation skills, strong time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team.
