A highly skilled Business Transformation Manager is required to lead strategic initiatives using AI, data science and process optimization.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformation leadership, with experience in driving cost efficiency, process optimization and innovation across global operations. They will be responsible for aligning transformation initiatives with business goals, driving measurable outcomes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs with a focus on cost reduction, process efficiency and quality improvement.
  • Align transformation initiatives with strategic business goals, driving measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop AI/ML solutions and proof-of-concepts.
  • Leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to redesign workflows and eliminate waste.
  • Develop, track and report on key transformation KPIs.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO/KPO/Shared Services, with demonstrated ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives.
Technical Skills:

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI and Tableau, with exposure to AI platforms. They will also have a strong command of automation technologies and in-depth knowledge of BPO metrics and operational challenges.
