Visual Design Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences that engage and inspire our audience.

About the Role

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive interfaces, compelling campaigns, and cohesive visual languages across various digital platforms. Your work will have a direct impact on how we perceive online presence and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design modern, responsive UI for websites, microsites, and landing pages.
  • Create high-impact social media creatives, digital advertisements, and brand campaigns.
  • Build consistent and scalable brand visual systems across platforms.
  • Edit and enhance imagery for campaigns, products, and patient communications.
  • Collaborate closely with the content, strategy, and development teams to bring ideas to fruition.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva.
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory.
  • Experience designing for web, mobile, and social platforms.
  • Strong layout, image editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Bonus Skills: CapCut, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Job Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in visual or digital design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and social media design projects.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
