We're seeking an experienced UX Designer to spearhead the development of seamless, scalable experiences that meet the highest standards. As a key member of our design community, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to drive creativity and innovation.

This role demands strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior designers and contribute to hiring efforts. You'll also have the opportunity to shape ambiguous ideas into concrete user stories, utilizing a user-centered design process to create visionary new product designs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and explore cutting-edge design solutions that differentiate our customer experience.
  • Translate complex ideas into clear user stories and innovative product experiences, working collaboratively with data scientists to experiment and evolve our design composition.
  • Collaborate closely with in-house design systems and marketing teams to ensure generated designs meet the highest quality standards.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and push creativity and innovation across the product ecosystem.
  • Contribute thought leadership and design execution towards a long-term vision for our customer experience.
  • Develop user research learning agendas with data and consumer insights, utilizing research findings as inspiration for new product concepts.

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience designing innovative digital products within large-scale ecosystems.
  • 5+ years of experience collaborating with product, engineering, design, content, and user research teams.
  • Strong leadership skills, with 5+ years of experience directing and mentoring junior designers.
  • Multiple case studies demonstrating user-centered, creative, highly conceptual, and innovative design solutions.
  • Ability to drive product Discovery and Delivery on an iterative basis, coaching other team members through the process.
