About the Role

The NRI Sales Manager is a key position within the Axis Bank team, responsible for driving business growth and managing a portfolio of clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the financial services industry, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of financial services.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Manage risk and uncertainty to drive business growth and minimize losses.
Requirements
  • Graduate from a recognized institute.
  • 9-12 years of experience in a relevant role or BFSI sector.
  • AMFI, IRDA, and PMS certified.
  • Knowledge of industry, technology, marketing, and product trends.
  • Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms.
  • Good communication skills in both English and the local language.
  • Ability to manage complex client situations.
  • Ability to manage risk and uncertainty.
