Role Overview

We seek an experienced Amazon PPC leader to own and drive all aspects of Amazon advertising for a portfolio of thousands of products.

  • Own full responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing Amazon PPC campaigns across thousands of products.
  • Drive advertising strategy to achieve sales growth, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) goals while aligning with revenue targets.
  • Conduct daily performance checks, identify risks/opportunities, and proactively adjust campaigns to maintain profitability and efficiency.
  • Continuously recommend and refine keyword targeting, bidding strategies, ad creative, and product listings to maximize visibility and conversion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed reporting dashboards, providing actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Monitor competitor activity, category trends, and Amazon marketplace changes to capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate advertising insights into broader business strategies.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of Amazon Advertising Console, policies, and emerging tools.
Requirements & Skills
  • 10+ years of proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns at scale.
  • Deep expertise with Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Advertising Console.
  • Strong track record of scaling campaigns profitably, improving ROAS, and controlling CPA.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics and Excel.
  • Ability to manage large-scale campaigns with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
