Seeking a visionary Hardware Design Engineer to spearhead project deliverables and drive innovation in system/subsystem design. Key responsibilities include developing detailed design specifications, schematics, and BOMs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met.

As a seasoned expert in the hardware development lifecycle, you will design digital, mixed signal, and power electronics circuits that meet stringent design requirements. Your ability to interact with PCB layout teams and finalize component placement, considering mechanical and SI/PI constraints, is crucial to the success of this role.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of board design fundamentals, including mixed signal design, high-speed board design, and power design. Experience working with embedded microprocessors from leading manufacturers such as Qualcomm, TI, NXP, NVIDIA, Intel, and AMD is essential.

Additionally, you should be proficient in designing interfaces with bus communication protocols like I2C, SPI, UART, RS232, as well as high-speed I/Os like PCIe, memory (DDRx, LPDDRx), MIPI C PHY/D-PHY, USB3.0/USB4.0, and Ethernet interfaces.

Utilizing EDA tools for schematics and layout tools, mainly Cadence PCB tools, and simulation tools like PSPICE/LTSPICE, you will create innovative solutions that meet or exceed design requirements.

Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, spectrum analyzers, and debugger tools is also required. A fundamental knowledge of signal integrity and power integrity is necessary to ensure high-quality designs.

This role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, and experience with SI/PI simulation tools like Hyperlynx, Sigrity, Ansys, and ADS is an added advantage.

A strong background in EMI/EMC standards for industrial, Class A products is essential to ensuring compliance and quality in our designs.
