Job Description

Achieve excellence as a Chief Technology Strategist with 4S Advisory, a dynamic and growing organization shaping the future of digital developments. As a seasoned IT architect, you will play a pivotal role in laying the foundations of our IT architecture for the CG Service Center application landscape and domain landscape.

The IT architecture team at 4S Advisory builds the application landscape, aligned with the Enterprise IT architecture and the reference architecture. In this position, you will contribute to the entire IT side of Retail Partners, the B2B branch within the Group, which is co-shaped in a unique form of partnership with independent retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop elaborate solution (application) architectures, designing complex mission-critical applications.
  • Understand strategic objectives, IT reference architecture, IT Ecosystem, and propose relevant feasible IT solutions.
  • Communicate architecture to business stakeholders, project managers, solution analysts, software engineers.
  • E nsure application architecture is proposed and approved by Technology Review Board.
  • Collaborate with Program/Project Managers to advise estimations, identify dependencies, and create implementable work packages and project plans.
  • Perform architecture impact analysis, technology assessments, and propose solutions to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Define, implement, and guard application architecture blueprints.
  • Advise business stakeholders on making right technology choices.
  • Propose cost-effective solutions without compromising functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop secure applications, packaged solutions on cloud platforms.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years' experience in the IT industry and 3+ years in Application Solution Architecture space.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT systems, security, data, and infrastructure.
  • Experience in defining, steering, and governing IT roadmaps in line with reference architecture.
  • Experience in assessing architectural choices and proposing fit-for-purpose solutions, e.g., Cost-benefit analysis, SWOT Analysis.
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual thinking, and out-of-the-box thinking skills.
  • Experience in breaking down complex problems and proposing simplified solutions.
  • Experience in architecting secure solutions, understanding, and managing vulnerabilities - OAuth, ISAM, Open ID.
  • A strong strategic and business mindset, outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills.
