Senior Debt Financing Specialist

Manage debt syndication activities, structuring and negotiating loan proposals with banks and financial institutions.

About the Role

Lead our debt financing operations, overseeing the entire process from proposal to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Structuring, preparing, presenting, and negotiating loan proposals with banks and financial institutions.
  • Advise clients on accessing funding through government schemes for SMEs/MSMEs.
  • Build relationships with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions, and rating agencies to facilitate approvals and successful deal closures.
  • Oversee preparation, review, and submission of loan documentation.
  • Stay updated on financial products, lending policies, and interest rate trends to provide informed borrowing strategies.
  • Work with internal teams to gather necessary data, business projections, and supporting documents.
  • Continuously expand and strengthen relationships with lenders and ecosystem partners to access diverse financing options.
Qualifications & Experience
  • CA/Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Commerce.
  • 5-6 years of experience in debt syndication, corporate finance, or banking.
  • Strong expertise in SME/MSME government schemes.
  • Proven track record of successfully syndicating loans and managing end-to-end financing transactions.
  • In-depth knowledge of loan structures, credit assessment, financial documentation, and compliance.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • A robust network of banking and financial services contacts.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions independently and deliver within tight timelines.
