Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BAU consultant to provide high-level production system support for Murex 3.1.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and develop Murex systems in various aspects, including datamart, MXML pre-trade and post-trade workflows, RTBS, and MDCS.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and verify requirements.
- Analyze and make recommendations based on related Murex implementation experience.
- Follow client SDLC lifecycle and documentation requirements.
- Support IT and business audits and technology risk assessments.
- Develop and test database and infrastructure changes.
- Perform technical reviews of production changes.
- Document issues and resolutions in a centralized platform.
- Maintain and enhance the Control-M scheduling tool for intraday and end-of-day batches.
- Work directly with business users across the organization to analyze and diagnose critical issues.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to risk, pricing, PnL, market data, market operations, EOD, interfaces, and reporting.
- Provide detailed information about issues to vendors and coordinate testing fixes or solutions.
- Act as an intermediary between business and vendor teams.
- Debug and enhance bespoke Java processes supporting the Murex implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Murex in a support capacity.
- Strong technical capability.
- Solid understanding of DataMart.
