Our team seeks a skilled technical support professional to ensure seamless system operation and maintenance. This key role involves proactive monitoring, swift incident resolution, and ongoing production stability enhancements.

We're looking for someone with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, as well as hands-on experience in Python, Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL. Direct Murex experience is also highly valued.

In this position, you'll work closely with technology teams to maintain a reliable environment for trading and risk management systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and supporting Murex applications to ensure optimal availability and performance.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving production incidents within agreed timelines.
  • Performing log analysis, root-cause identification, and implementing permanent fixes.
  • Coordinating with infrastructure, DBA, and network teams for environment-related issues.
  • SUPPORTING system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-4 years of IT support experience with hands-on exposure to Python, Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience with Murex.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.

Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of ITIL processes and experience with automation or scripting for production support.
