Executive Talent Sourcing Lead

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic talent acquisition professional to spearhead our executive recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, managing high-volume hiring processes, and leading a team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives
  • Lead a team of recruiters to meet senior-level hiring targets across departments and locations
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and role requirements for executive positions
  • Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding senior-level candidates
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process for executive roles
  • Track and report key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio for senior-level hires
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future executive hiring needs
  • Ensure recruitment policies comply with labor laws and company standards for senior-level positions
  • Partner with marketing and branding teams to promote employer brand initiatives for executive talent acquisition

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate degree from a reputable institution
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in executive recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a managerial role
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills with a focus on executive-level candidates
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of recruiters
  • Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and tools for executive talent acquisition
