We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Desktop Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our virtual desktop infrastructure.

Job Description:

  • Install and configure Azure AVDs and supporting Azure AVD/WVD machines using the Azure portal.
  • Create and manage AVD host pools, VM instances, application groups, and workspaces.
  • Provide remote access to applications, desktops, and add new VMs to host pools.
  • Create and manage pooled and private VDI host pools.
  • Administer FSLogix User Profile Management for Azure WVD environments.
  • Deploy Azure IaaS virtual machines (VMs) and Cloud services (PaaS role instances) into secure VNets and subnets.
  • Capture images of virtual machines and attach disks to virtual machines.
  • Manage and create virtual networks and endpoints in the Azure portal.
  • Create and manage virtual machines in the Azure portal and set up communication using endpoints and VM migrations from transitional hosts.
  • Design and configure Azure Virtual Networks (VNets), Subnets, Azure network settings.
  • Expertise in creating Azure Storage accounts with Blob, Azure File Share, Table, and Queue.
  • Handle day-to-day AVD user-based issues.
  • Create and configure Azure Log Analytics workspaces and Azure Automation-based solutions.
  • Troubleshoot remote apps published on AVDs.
  • Profile Management

  • Hands-on experience managing Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructure (AVD).
  • Good exposure to Nerdio manager tools
  • Good diagnostic and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
