Job Overview

Our organization is seeking an experienced desktop support professional to manage and maintain the smooth operation of our technical services in a high-demand emergency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure system performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct remote desktop support and application customization to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Maintain system performance through monitoring and timely updates to prevent downtime and ensure continuous service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in desktop support or a related field with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively resolve technical issues and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Familiarity with voice-logging systems and remote support tools to provide efficient and effective support.
  • Diploma/BE/B.Tech in ECE/CS/IT/EEE with fluency in English and Tamil language proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 shift operation environment and administer servers with up-to-date documentation and records.
  • Manage inventory of hardware/software assets and record technical resolutions for performance reporting and analysis.
