Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Workday Financials to lead end-to-end workstreams for client implementations.

This role requires excellent leadership, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal support.

  • Lead and manage assigned Workday Financials workstreams from planning to deployment.
  • Work independently to interpret and translate client requirements into effective Workday configuration.
  • Guide, mentor, and support team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through professional communication.
  • Identify risks/issues proactively and escalate as needed to avoid project delays.
  • Deliver within project timelines and ensure compliance with best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Workday Financials certification in one or more of:
  • R2R, C2C, P2P, Business Assets, Project & Project Billing (PSA), Banking & Settlement, Customer Contracts, Financial Reporting, Financial Integration.
  • Mandatory: Minimum 2+ full-cycle Workday Financials implementations from scratch.
  • Strong functional knowledge across Finance domains.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to operate in an independent capacity with little or no supervision.
