Workday Absence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workday Absence Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our implementation and support team, you will play a vital role in configuring and supporting Workday Absence Management solutions for our partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaboration within project frameworks, planning, organization, and governance setup.
  • Conducting workshops to identify, analyze, and specify absence management requirements.
  • Drafting functional specifications and configuring the Workday Absence Management module.
  • Monitoring configuration progress and ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Defining and executing testing scenarios to validate absence management solutions.
  • Providing support during deployment and assisting users during transition to Workday Absence.
  • Delivering training sessions and contributing to change management initiatives.
  • Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for configurations and processes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Absence Management projects, including implementation support or migration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Absence module.
  • A strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in absence management leave policies and compliance.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday.
  • Workday Absence Management certification is a plus.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments.
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.
