Job Title: Learning Strategy Director
The Learning and Development Department is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning Strategy Director to design and deliver training programs that enhance patient experience, service excellence, teamwork, and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Design and deliver behavioral and leadership training programs for employees at all levels.
  • Establish a structured learning roadmap for different employee groups.
  • Implement onboarding programs for new employees to ensure smooth integration.
  • Facilitate executive coaching programs for emerging leaders.
  • Conduct training assessments and evaluate program impact.
  • Recommend development interventions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing learning strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
