Job Title

Senior Oracle Subscription Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced professional with over 10 years of expertise in implementing, configuring and supporting the Oracle Subscription Management module.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the functional design, configuration and implementation of the Oracle Subscription Management module.
  2. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  3. Define and configure subscription products, pricing models and billing rules.
  4. Support integration activities with other Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Order Management, Billing, Revenue Recognition) and external systems.
  5. Perform testing and validation of configurations to ensure business requirements are met.
  6. Provide ongoing functional support and troubleshooting for the Oracle Subscription Management users.
  7. Develop and deliver training materials to end-users.
  8. Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of Oracle Subscription Management.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of functional experience with Oracle Subscription Management in a Cloud environment.
  • Deep understanding of subscription lifecycle management, including creation, amendment, renewal and termination.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing, billing and revenue recognition processes within Oracle Subscription Management.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
