About the Role:
  • Program Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and executing cross-functional projects across multiple categories and zones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between internal teams, field teams, and leadership to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks, break them into manageable tasks, and prioritize solutions based on urgency and impact.
  • Performance Tracking: Define and track key metrics for ongoing projects, analyze trends, and recommend data-backed action plans.
  • Go-to-Market Support: Collaborate with the team to create effective go-to-market plans for new initiatives and ensure successful implementation.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong organizational and multitasking abilities. You should also have excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
