Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and organized Project Manager to support the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, tracking key metrics, and providing timely reports to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Coordinate specific project activities including tracking and publishing service delivery SLAs, document management, planning, project level critical data tracking, and project status reporting.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Collect data from the team, consolidate it, and provide summary reports to stakeholders with no compromise on accuracy.
  • Information Management: Collect information from various tools to update project records, plans, and maintain document control for the program.
  • Team Development: Track competency development of the team and support analysis of risks and maintain risk logs.
  • Reporting and Communication: Publish reports on or ahead of time after internal reviews and approvals, and organize meetings and track action items to closure.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel advanced features including VBA, formulas is required.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills are essential.
  • Service Delivery Tools: Familiarity with Service Delivery tools like Service Now is a plus.
