This is a chance to strengthen program delivery and management.

This position will be based in Chennai, India.

Responsibilities

  • Manage grant partner relationships, ensuring timely monitoring and budget oversight.
  • Collect and analyze data from projects at a central level, providing regular insights.
  • Support in developing assessment reports, publication materials, research articles, and case studies from projects independently.
  • Produce comprehensive reports, document best practices, and create high-quality documentation.
  • Undertake regular field visits to monitor project progress, ensuring implementation aligns with approved strategies.
  • Work with partner organizations to operationalize projects.
  • Provide coordination support for day-to-day functions across projects and themes in high-pressure situations.
  • Monitor project progress against targets, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure timely submission of progress reports.
  • Enhance the organization's visibility on social media platforms (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn) for internal and external audiences.
  • Ensure ethical requirements are met for pictures, videos, and other communication materials.
  • Conduct floor walks with volunteers as required to ensure effective engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of progressive work experience after Post Graduation.
  • Demonstrated experience in operationalizing programs at field level, monitoring and evaluation, budget management, and working in strengthening state, district, block level systems.
  • Mandatory research experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
  • Familiarity with development communications, including IEC materials, social media-based behavioral campaigns, and mass communications.
  • Ability to deliver on time, independently, and work with a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing complex and time-sensitive processes.

Travel Requirements

  • Up to 60% of the time.
