Job Title: Market Systems Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in our regional operations team, ensuring the smooth implementation of ongoing program activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sub-regional team in analyzing housing markets, identifying constraints, root causes, and opportunities for development.
  • Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks with technical specialists for activities, projects, and programs.
  • Design and conduct project and program evaluations, including consultant management and independent evaluator engagement.
  • Ensure accountability through stakeholder participation in intervention design, implementation, and assessment.
  • Travel regularly to program sites for support and guidance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as social science, international development, economics, or business.
  • Ten to fifteen years of experience in program management and MEAL system development.
  • Practical experience in developing and conducting monitoring and evaluation tools, including indicator development and data collection.
  • Strong analytical skills and expertise in quantitative and/or qualitative data analysis.
  • Experience with statistical software packages and/or qualitative data analysis software.
