Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and have a strong understanding of current marketing trends.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement B2B marketing campaigns to support business objectives.
  • Coordinate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements where needed.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Manage marketing resources efficiently and ensure timely execution of planned activities.
  • Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to support lead management and reporting.
  • Stay updated on new marketing tools, platforms, and trends to improve effectiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of lead generation and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with account-based marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO and SEM.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
