About the Role:

Falabella Corporate Services India Private Limited is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support experience to our internal IT teams.

Key Responsibilities:


  2. Administer, install, and support both Windows and macOS systems, including deployment and setup.
  3. Handle IT requests via Jira, Slack, email, and in person.
  4. Respond to and resolve IT support requests promptly.
  5. Document and maintain system administration procedures and policies.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents on Windows and macOS.
  7. Provide support for audio/video equipment in conference rooms and during events.
  8. Manage IT assets.
  9. Handle basic networking.
  10. Perform basic data center management.

Required Skills:


  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive in identifying and addressing root causes.
  • High service orientation with customer-focused thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Experience in IT asset management.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in system administration and IT support.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 user management.
  • Experience supporting 500+ users in a MNC.
  • Expertise in root cause analysis and incident resolution.
  • Experience with audio/video conferencing systems (e.g., Cisco, Poly, Logitech).
  • Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
  • Strong professional attitude and time management skills.

  • AV Support, MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, Windows/macOS, MDM (Intune, JAMF), Active Directory, Microsoft 365, JIRA & Confluence, End User Support, and ITSM.
