About the Role:
Falabella Corporate Services India Private Limited is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support experience to our internal IT teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, install, and support both Windows and macOS systems, including deployment and setup.
- Handle IT requests via Jira, Slack, email, and in person.
- Respond to and resolve IT support requests promptly.
- Document and maintain system administration procedures and policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents on Windows and macOS.
- Provide support for audio/video equipment in conference rooms and during events.
- Manage IT assets.
- Handle basic networking.
- Perform basic data center management.
Required Skills:
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive in identifying and addressing root causes.
- High service orientation with customer-focused thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical users.
- Experience in IT asset management.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in system administration and IT support.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365 user management.
- Experience supporting 500+ users in a MNC.
- Expertise in root cause analysis and incident resolution.
- Experience with audio/video conferencing systems (e.g., Cisco, Poly, Logitech).
- Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
- Strong professional attitude and time management skills.
Recommended Technical Knowledge:
- AV Support, MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, Windows/macOS, MDM (Intune, JAMF), Active Directory, Microsoft 365, JIRA & Confluence, End User Support, and ITSM.
