Transforming the world of finance is a top priority, and we are seeking an exceptional professional to oversee our contract-to-invoice lifecycle for global SaaS agreements.

This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, revenue recognition standards, service provisioning, and legal requirements. In addition to managing contract implementation, this position also leads the invoicing function to guarantee billing accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with client-specific requirements.

As a key member of our finance team, you will manage centralized repositories, maintain version control, and validate billing frequency, payment terms, taxation, and revenue allocation in contracts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire contract-to-invoice process, from negotiation to finalization.
  • Financial Oversight: Ensure compliance with audit, revenue recognition, and financial reporting standards.
  • Invoicing & Billing Management: Lead the invoicing team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant customer billing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between Finance, Sales, Legal, and RevOps for seamless contract-to-cash execution.

What You Will Need for This Position

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; MBA is a plus.
  • 10–14 years of experience in finance, contracts management, invoicing, or revenue assurance in SaaS/B2B.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading contracts/invoicing/finance operations teams.
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, CLM systems, and ERP/Finance platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
