Sr. SAP E-Invoicing Specialist

Drive business outcomes as a Sr. SAP E-Invoicing Specialist, leading global e-invoicing projects and delivering solutions aligned with strategic objectives.

About the Role:

  • Leverage your expertise in SAP e-invoicing to implement end-to-end solutions across all project phases (design, build, test, deploy, support).
  • Configure SAP e-invoicing modules (S/4HANA, SD, FI, MM, Ariba) and ensure compliance with global regulations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leaders to define solutions that meet business needs.
  • Oversee the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and manage vendor relationships.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user adoption and post go-live support.
  • Prioritize projects for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strong governance.

Requirements & Expectations:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • 6–7 years of SAP project experience, with at least 4 years in e-invoicing.
  • 8+ years in IT, with 2+ years in leadership or management roles.
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules.

Essential Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of SAP e-invoicing processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Strong project management, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in ABAP debugging/customization (desired).
  • Experience in change management, governance, and training users.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work beyond regular hours to resolve critical issues.
