Associate Finance Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Associate Finance Manager to assist in the management of financial functions, including budgeting and cash management, accounting and financial reporting, and finance projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and excellent analytical skills. They will be responsible for consolidating financial data, reviewing account payables, and preparing financial models. Additionally, they will work closely with the team to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is also required.

  • Budgeting and Cash Management: Assist in preparing and managing budgets, forecasting revenues and expenses, and ensuring accurate financial records.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Finance Projects: Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring finance-related projects, including budgeting and cash management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Consolidate financial data from various sources.
  • Review account payables and make recommendations for payment.
  • Prepare financial models and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • CA or Inter CA degree.
  • 2-4 years' experience in finance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
