About the Role:

We are a fast-growing real estate company seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team.

  • Prepare financial statements and ensure accuracy of records.
  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers, and post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue.
  • Maintain fixed assets and prepare compliance reporting as necessary.
  • Act as liaison for vendors and reconcile billing discrepancies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Accounting Software Proficiency: Expertise in TALLY and advanced Microsoft Excel skills are necessary.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders about financial matters.
  • Analytical Skills: Needed to identify discrepancies and analyze financial trends.
  • Confidentiality: Maintaining the confidentiality of financial information.

Educational Background and Requirements:

  • 2+ years' related experience preferred.
  • Hands-on experience working with general ledgers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with TALLY, including Microsoft Office.
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
