Design Professional.

As a key member of the design team, you will support the Head of Design in managing multi-sector design deliverables. You will ensure adherence to established playbook guidelines, brand standards, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and periodically updating the company's design playbook, incorporating lessons learned, benchmark standards, and evolving best practices.
  • Conduct test fits and feasibilities on new land proposals.
  • Lead coordination across consultants and design disciplines.
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality design from concept to completion.
  • Validate design compliance with branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks.
  • Support the implementation of standard operating procedures and version control.
  • Flag deviations and escalate unresolved design issues.
  • Review submissions for technical accuracy and alignment with approved plans.

Reporting & Collaboration:

Reporting to the Head of Design; partner closely with Project Management (PMO), Pre-development, and Construction teams for successful delivery.

Requirements:

8–10 years of experience in design management across Commercial, Residential, or Mixed-use projects.

Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Proven expertise in delivering design projects from inception to completion.

Knowledge of branding, standardization, and sustainability benchmarks.
