Job Description
  • Lead strategic planning efforts to develop integrated and holistic long-range solutions for organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Develop project plans, conduct insightful analyses, identify solutions, and develop business cases and implementation plans for strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution with leaders from across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as an advisor to leadership on strategic planning and business development.
  2. Develop or influence complex business and technical needs across groups and functions.
  3. Provide principal-level strategic consulting services to client organizations.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of strategy and planning experience in the banking industry.
  • Proven experience in creating and executing strategic programs and working in strategic consulting teams.
  • End-to-end understanding of digital organizations, agile culture, tools, and processes.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Post-graduation in business management.
  • Good understanding of secular trends impacting the banking industry.
  • Efficient project management skills.
  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
