Lead UI/UX Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Lead UI/UX Designer to spearhead our design team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead by example.

  • Provide thought leadership, training, and inspiration for designers.
  • Communicate with different departments to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Lead regular creative sessions and foster an environment of learning amongst team members.
  • Create user-centered designs by considering competitors' analysis, data, and technical constraints/opportunities.
  • Perform UI/UX audits and tests to iterate over existing designs and optimize customer/user experience.
  • Relentlessly simplify complex processes into intuitive and elegant UI.
  • Establish and maintain detailed user-interface patterns and specifications.
  • Work closely with developers to see your design through development.

Key Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience in core UI UX.
  • Ability to manage a team of 4-5 designers.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, Back-end Development logics, and SEO.
  • Strong communication & time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with an analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
  • Proficiency in Prototyping, Wireframing, Visual Design, User Research.
