Portfolio Monitoring Opportunity

Our team specializes in global market research, working with top-rated investment research organizations and leading asset managers.

As a lead analyst on our private credit team, you will support portfolio managers of a private equity firm in the portfolio monitoring process.

  • Prepare financial spreadsheets using Excel-based models or lending platforms, along with key credit metrics calculation.
  • Identify key performance indicators and create reports for the credit review process.
  • Calculate covenant compliance in line with facility agreements and provide detailed rationales for covenant Met/Breach results.
  • Perform regular reviews and populate associated templates.
  • Conduct business overviews, SWOT analyses, and financial analysis (historical and forecast, as well as operating, leverage, and liquidity ratios).
  • Analyze collateral and provide ad hoc support to portfolio managers.
  • Mentor and train new joiners, act as an SME for other team members, and manage junior team members' performance and development.
  • Handle client calls and periodic communication.
  • Provide project management support to senior managers and handle project-level tasks such as delivery, dashboards, QCs, training, client management, etc.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Masters degree in finance, economics, or accounting from a reputed institute with 2+ years of experience in a similar profile.
  • Strong accounting and financial skills.
  • Eye for detail and ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time.
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build a strong team culture.
