Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Condition Monitoring Specialist to provide expert-level support on rotating equipment condition monitoring.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering, with expertise in data acquisition, analysis, and maintenance planning.

  • Utilize advanced online and offline data acquisition techniques to analyze equipment conditions and provide actionable recommendations for preventive maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement reliability improvement plans based on condition monitoring parameters.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of equipment conditions through ongoing monitoring, tracking, and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform regular vibration analysis and machinery inspections to identify potential issues.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate records of equipment performance, including vibration spectra, oil analysis, and other relevant metrics.
  3. Collaborate with maintenance teams to prioritize repairs and replacements based on equipment condition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in condition monitoring, preferably in the power refinery or petrochemical industry.
  • Proficiency in vibration analysis software and tools, such as CSI, Emerson, SKF, and GE System1/SmartSignal.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Accredited Vibration Analysis training (Cat I) or equivalent certification.
  • Familiarity with AR_VR_MR technologies and their applications in condition monitoring.
