Job Description

As a seasoned wealth management professional, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals and family offices.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with key clients to drive business growth.
  2. Investment Advisory & Product Distribution: Offer expert advice on mutual funds, alternative investment funds, portfolio management services, real estate investment trusts, and infrastructure investment trusts within a ₹5 Cr - ₹50 Cr ticket size range.
  3. Business Growth & Strategy: Contribute to the expansion of our wealth management business with a long-term vision.
  4. Market Positioning & Networking: Represent our organization at industry events and strengthen our brand positioning.
Qualifications & Experience

We seek candidates with:

  • 7-12 years of experience in wealth management, managing high-net-worth individuals and family offices.
  • Strong relationships with family offices and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Expertise in wealth products, structured investments, and alternative asset classes. Candidates should have their own Assets Under Management (AUM) up to ₹50 crores and a set of clients.
  • Proven ability to raise capital and manage large portfolios.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with interest in running a venture with equity participation.
  • Experience in building and leading teams.
  • A willingness to travel for investor meetings and networking.
