Senior Portfolio Manager - UHNW Division

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Portfolio Manager to lead our UHNW division. This individual will be responsible for delivering personalized wealth management solutions to Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs) and High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs). The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of various financial products, including PMS, AIFs, bonds, mutual funds, and stock market investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clients Acquisition & Business Development:
    • Drive the acquisition of UHNWIs and HNWIs by creating tailored wealth management strategies to meet their unique financial needs.
    • Promote and sell large portfolios, including PMS and AIF, bonds, mutual funds, and other investment products.
    • Build relationships with clients, understand their financial goals, and position our offerings as optimal solutions to their needs.
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand our UHNW business, leveraging personal networks, industry contacts, and market intelligence.
  • Clients Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for UHNW clients, ensuring an exceptional experience across all touchpoints.
    • Provide timely and accurate solutions to client queries and concerns, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
    • Regularly meet clients to review their portfolios, discuss market trends, and suggest adjustments based on evolving financial goals and market conditions.
  • Team Leadership & Expansion:
    • Develop, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of relationship managers, client servicing professionals, and other staff members.
    • Foster a collaborative, client-centric team culture, ensuring each member delivers exceptional service and meets client expectations.
    • Actively recruit and onboard additional team members to expand our UHNW desk and scale our business.
  • Investment Product Expertise:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of various financial products, including PMS, AIFs, bonds, and mutual funds, and be able to communicate their features and benefits effectively to clients.
    • Stay updated with developments in the stock market, including trading strategies, new investment products, and regulatory changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in wealth management, financial product distribution, or stock market sales, with a focus on UHNWIs and HNWIs.
  • Proven track record in selling large portfolios, AIF tickets, and managing high-value relationships.
  • Expertise in various financial products, including PMS, AIF, bonds, mutual funds, and experience with stock market investments.
  • Experience in both banking and broking environments, managing Premier Clients, will be highly preferred.
