Identity Management Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Identity Management Specialist. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in identity management technologies and a strong background in access management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Access Management Solutions: Implement and maintain access management solutions for clients using Ping Identity's products such as PingFederate, PingAccess, and PingDirectory.
  • Provide Expertise on Authentication and Authorization: Provide expertise on authentication, authorization, federation, and user management using technologies such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
  • Work with Clients: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs, such as integrating Ping products into complex environments like cloud-based or hybrid environments.
  • Participate in Project Planning: Participate in project planning, scoping, and estimation using Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
  • Provide Technical Assistance: Provide technical assistance during implementation, testing, and production support using programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python and scripting languages such as Bash or PowerShell.
  • Train and Mentor Junior Analysts: Train and mentor junior analysts on PingIdentity products, providing knowledge transfer on product features, deployment, and troubleshooting techniques.

Requirements:

  • Experience in PingIdentity: 4-6 years of experience in PingIdentity.
  • Understanding of Identity Management Concepts: Strong understanding of identity management concepts and technologies.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with experience in log analysis and system performance tuning.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in documenting solutions and providing training to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with Other IAM Technologies: Experience with other IAM technologies such as CyberArk, SailPoint, or Saviynt.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PingIdentity Certified Professional - PingFederate / PingAccess.
  • DevOps Methodologies and Tools: Experience in DevOps methodologies and tools, such as Git, Jenkins, Ansible, or Docker.
