Job Title:

  • RTL Design Engineer Position Description

We are seeking an experienced RTL Design Engineer to drive the development of cutting-edge digital IPs from specification to final design delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the complete design process, ensuring best-in-class KPIs and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive architecture definition in conjunction with systems architects and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality IP designs that meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with verification and validation teams to ensure seamless integration.
  • Continuously improve methodology and processes to enhance IP execution speed and reliability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IP design specifications and release checks.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required; Master's degree preferred with 7+ years of industry experience.
  • Proven expertise in ASIC/SoC front-end design and methodologies, preferably with VHDL and Verilog.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Fluency in design and verification languages such as VHDL, Verilog, C, and System Verilog.
  • Prior experience in developing foundation IPs and market-oriented IPs is highly desirable.
