Machine Learning Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned expert in machine learning to spearhead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. In this pivotal role, you will leverage Databricks to craft sophisticated models and algorithms that drive business growth.

  • Create high-performance machine learning models and algorithms with Databricks, incorporating predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, and more.
  • Lead the end-to-end development process from data collection and preprocessing to model deployment and monitoring, ensuring seamless scalability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to distill business requirements into technical solutions that deliver tangible results.
  • Continuously refine and optimize models for maximum accuracy and performance in production environments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD is highly valued.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field, with a strong emphasis on innovation.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, coupled with an in-depth understanding of leading machine learning libraries and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
  • Proven expertise with cloud platforms and MLOps tools, including MLflow for model deployment and monitoring.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
