Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Architecture: Translate client needs into actionable solution concepts, defining architecture, data strategy, model selection, and tooling for success.
  • Project Ownership: Deliver end-to-end GenAI solutions, ensuring technical quality, alignment with business goals, and timely project execution.
  • Team Mentorship: Guide cross-functional teams in best practices and ensure project accountability.
  • Hands-On Contribution: Remain hands-on with tools, models, and code to prototype, build, and troubleshoot complex components of the application.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the key technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships.
Required Expertise:
  • Proven experience leading technical teams and taking ownership of AI-driven solutions.
  • Strong client-facing communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Deep understanding of Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and agentic systems.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based ML/AI services such as AWS Sagemaker, Azure OpenAI, or Google Vertex AI.
