Job Title: AI Lead

Seeking an exceptional and visionary individual to lead the development of cutting-edge AI solutions across large-scale systems.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AIOps use cases, including Predictive Maintenance, Anomaly Detection, Incident Management, and strong proficiency in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop AI/ML models for large-scale systems
  • Lead cross-functional AI teams and mentor junior engineers/researchers
  • Drive project delivery and innovation while maintaining high standards of quality and performance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI applications
  • Proven expertise in AIOps use cases
  • Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks, and cloud-based AI/ML services from Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and excellent problem-solving/analytics skills
  • Strong communication/collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale deployments
  • Familiarity with data governance/model explainability/AI ethics
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications
