Job Description

The Organisational Management Team plays a crucial role in depicting the organisational structure, providing and distributing organisational information electronically, and serving as a basis for reporting audits, legal proceedings, and internal workflows. This applies to all white-collar and blue-collar associates across various entities.

  • Global Projects: Active participation in design, transition, takeover phases, and ensuring smooth running of OM activities in Global Projects.
  • Automation Programs: Identifying, initiating, and implementing automation programs to reduce capacity and enhance user experience.
  • Process Improvements & Harmonization: Identifying, initiating, and implementing process improvements through Change Requests (CRs), Liaison Hours (LHs), and Software Maintenance Tickets (SMT). Initiating and implementing harmonization across Entities.
  • Maintenance of Organisational structures, Position, Person, and Communication Master data.
  • Second-level support on technical issues - Identifying and resolving queries related to systems, HR core – Rules, Policies & Processes, data creation & maintenance, etc.
  • Maintenance of Organisational Master Data in the COMPAS system
  • Maintenance processes for Position Master Data in the Local HR System.
  • SAP updation (HR Core): Creating/Delimiting Org units, Classifying Org types, Org area, Cost centre update, Personnel Area/Sub area updation, Location update, Account Assignment, Info Org unit, Position maintenance, Position Movements, Role updation, Target & Disciplinary Manager mapping, Managerial Assignments, Direct/Indirect flag update. Providing reliable data in good quality to connected systems.
  • Monthly inputs to Stakeholders Team on OM and Chief updates
  • SLA adherence through timely closure of SSF tickets and interaction via Teams or e-mail with stakeholders
  • Creating Queries and generating Need-Based MIS & Reports from SAP & COMPAS
  • Effectively partnering with internal and external customers, delivering high-level customer service
