Giakaa Capital seeks a highly organized individual to join its leadership team as a strategic operations specialist.

This is a full-time, fully remote position that requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will work closely with the founder on high-level initiatives and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage cross-functional priorities, ensure smooth operations across multiple business verticals, and drive planning for global events.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry tracking to provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a central point of communication and ensure follow-through on commitments across teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in strategy or startup roles.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work across functions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including events or large-scale initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
