Job Opportunity: Oracle Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, with expertise in designing and developing high-performance database applications.
  • Functional Expertise:
    • Familiarity with Oracle Demantra Demand Management (DM) & Real-Time Sales and Operations Planning (RTS&OP) to drive business growth through data-driven insights.
  • Domain Expertise:
    • In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing / Supply Chain operations to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills in English to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
    • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve project goals.
Desirable Skills:
  • At least 2 end-to-end implementations experience in Oracle solutions to demonstrate technical expertise.
  • Domain experience of Purchasing/ASCP/Planning modules to enhance understanding of industry-specific requirements.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies to lead projects from initiation to delivery.
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.
