The Global Workforce Solutions (GWS) Team is an internally managed contingent workforce program responsible for compliance and vendor management.

Job Overview:

As a GWS Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and executing reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs and SLAs.

  • Develop, execute and continuously improve reporting dashboards and data sets.
  • Ensure internal processes are defined, streamlined and documented.
  • Execute all internal audit activities including Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation and monthly access reviews.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with stakeholders for additional requests related to VMS.
  • Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting process for approved vendor performance.
  • Provide monthly financial summary and conduct year-end accrual accounting activities for VMS invoicing.
  • Support financial, operational and ad hoc needs.
