About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solution Engineer to join our AI and Digital Transformation Pre-Sales team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

The Solution Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with Account Executives to conduct deep discovery sessions with potential clients.
  • Leading solution scoping, proof-of-concept design, and business case articulation.
  • Translating client needs into technically sound, commercially viable proposals.
  • Influencing technical evaluations and RFP responses with confidence and clarity.
  • Architecting solution blueprints combining AI/ML models, cloud infrastructure, and legacy systems.
  • Advising on best-fit technologies and platforms.
  • Supporting pilot deployments and co-developing initial rollouts with Delivery teams.
  • Engaging with internal product and engineering teams to feed insights from the field.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6-8 years of experience in a Pre-Sales, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Consultant role.
  • A strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, cloud infrastructure, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and modern data stack tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

If you have experience with:

  • MLOps workflows and AI evaluation frameworks.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing, healthcare, or financial systems.
  • Experience building ROI models and supporting business case development.
