Fixed Assets Team Lead
About the Role:This position oversees all aspects of fixed assets accounting, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and company policies. Key responsibilities include capitalization, depreciation, disposals, transfers, and impairments of fixed assets.
The successful candidate will lead periodic reconciliations between the fixed asset subledger and general ledger, manage physical verification processes, and document assets accurately.
In addition, this role involves preparing and reviewing fixed asset schedules, roll-forwards, and supporting documentation for audits and internal reporting.
The Fixed Assets Team Lead will also be responsible for managing accounting for prepaid expenses, identifying anomalies through detailed financial analysis, and ensuring accuracy and integrity of reported figures.

CA (Chartered Accountant) with 9-12 years post-qualification experience in fixed assets accounting and at least 2-3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
