Chief Financial Governance Officer

This role is responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives. As we navigate a journey from $5M to $50M in ARR over the next couple of years, our goal is to establish a strong foundation for long-term success.
- Manage all aspects of financial operations, including payroll processing, vendor payouts, and collections/accounts receivables.
- Ensure statutory compliance with requirements such as Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), and Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Develop comprehensive financial models to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating closely with department heads to deliver timely and accurate financial reports.
- Optimize cash management by monitoring cash flow and implementing working capital solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts by developing investor presentations and financial projections.
- Establish and enforce financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
- Drive operational efficiency by analyzing costing activities and identifying cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate the completion of statutory audits with a reputable audit firm.
