Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled quality assurance automation professional to deliver high-quality software solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-leading tools like Selenium, WebdriverIO, Protractor, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Design and build scalable test automation frameworks using Page Object Model (POM) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) with Cucumber and Mocha/Jest.
  • Craft and optimize SQL and SOQL queries to validate data in relational databases and Salesforce for accurate testing.
  • Integrate automated tests into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and the QA team to identify test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and coverage gaps.
  • Perform comprehensive functional, regression, cross-browser, and data validation testing to ensure high-quality results.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot automation failures, logging detailed defects in tracking tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps.
  • Provide regular reports on quality metrics and continuously improve automation coverage and reliability.
Required Skills
  • Mandatory Skills:
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, WebdriverIO, Protractor, Cypress, and Playwright.
  • Knowledge of database management systems like MySQL and Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions.
